## What Shoppeez is

Shoppeez unifies GST billing (POS), inventory, CRM, payroll, accounting, digital catalogue, WhatsApp commerce, online store and multi-store operations in one login and one database. It is sold as Starter, Retail, Growth and Scale. Starter is GST billing, simple stock and a party ledger. Retail adds barcode, purchase, wholesale rates and catalogue. Growth adds online store, e-invoice, e-way bill and a warehouse. Scale adds the customer app and multi-location. Annual list prices exclude GST: Starter ₹1,999, Retail ₹9,999, Growth ₹29,999, Scale ₹41,999. Retail also has a ₹5,000 one-time customization charge.

It is read-only by default; write actions need the store admin to enable them. It is enabled per store, not automatically on every plan.
