FAQ
What is MCP?
Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude use tools securely. Shoppeez runs an MCP server so Claude can look up your store data when you ask.
Which AI assistants work?
Claude today — as a custom connector in Claude on the web (sign in with your store) or in Claude Desktop using a store access token.
Can Claude change data in my store?
Read-only by default. Write actions such as creating estimates, updating order status or reviewing attendance only work after the store admin turns on write access, and tokens can be revoked anytime from admin settings.
Is it on every plan?
Claude / MCP is enabled per store. Ask in your demo to have it switched on.
