Can customers see the delivery partner’s live location?
Yes. Once a partner is assigned and sharing location, customers can follow the run on the public track-order page.
Do you integrate Delhivery or BlueDart directly?
Not as first-party APIs today. Shiprocket covers many courier partners; additional direct couriers are roadmap.
